Shipping Methods & Carriers

At merch.deaverspring.com, we strive to deliver your purchases in the fastest and most efficient way possible. We are proud to partner with USPS and UPS to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:

  • USPS First Class Mail: For orders under 1 lb. Delivery typically within 3-5 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail: For orders over 1 lb. Delivery typically within 2-3 business days.
  • UPS Ground: Delivery typically within 3-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping:

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Delivery typically within 1-2 business days.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery within 2 business days.
  • UPS Next Day Air: Delivery within 1 business day.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Deaver Suspension is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
